Please fill out a separate registration form for each child that will be attending MHN. If your child will not be attending a class during one or more periods please choose "no class" for that period. They may sit with you in the gym during that time as a study hall, or you may leave when your classes are finished. Some classes may fill up, so if you choose a class that has been filled you will be notified and asked to choose another class.
